Recently a customer was having problems in casting a bull nose on site which meant cutting the roof work open over the kiln cooler and break off the casting which resulted in it rapidly deteriorating. To solve this problem DGC introduced our precast bull nose.
Our product is crafted in-house using state-of-the-art equipment. We begin by creating a custom wooden mould that allows us to precisely fabricate the product to meet our customers' unique specifications.
