The various metal grades of refractory anchors are manufactured in our state-of-the-art facilities. With DGC’s full in-house design and manufacturing capabilities, we can ensure you a rapid turnaround time on custom anchor designs.
We install refractory anchors with a fast and reliable stud welding system and hand welding process depending on the client’s requirements and needs.
In conjunction, our armour systems (hex mesh) will provide your thin wall refractories with retention and reinforcement as well as complement dense hydraulic and chemically bonded refractories in resisting erosion.

Christmas Tree anchors.
V.X.C + foot hand weld anchors for double linings.
Fibre locking pins with lock washers to install fibre blankets. Installed with stud welding system.
